Jamie is a Senior HR Consultant at Brightstar People, bringing over 10 years’ experience helping organisations strengthen their people practices and successfully navigate organisational change. He has worked across central government, healthcare, housing, emergency services, and the charity sector, giving him a broad understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by organisations in different environments. With particular expertise in change management, Jamie supports clients to plan, communicate and deliver change effectively, ensuring that both organisational objectives and employee needs are considered throughout the process. His experience spans a wide range of HR activity, enabling him to provide well-rounded advice tailored to each client’s circumstances. Jamie takes a collaborative and outcomes-focused approach, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver change that is effective, sustainable, and people-focused. Jamie has a Master’s degree in Strategic HR Management; CIPD Level 7; Chartered Member of the CIPD.
